Work with Your Team
Negotiations
within your organization are often far more important than negotiations with
outsiders. You need to know what others in your organizatoin wqnt and need. You
need to know what promises you can make. The others are far more likely to be
cooperative in fulfilling their obligation if they feel you have considered
their concern in negotiating an agreement.
Don’t
take your teammates for granted wheter they are work colleagues or family
members. As you engage in “insider negotiation”, remeber to do these three
anothing:
