                          Inoculate Youself

Inoculation is the process of preparing for negotiation so that you can commit to your strategies, objectives, and interests. Innoculation can protect your against surprises, help you avoid saying something wrong, and reassure you about your objectives and and your ways of achieving them. Innoculation includes the issues to be discussed and the relationships of the parties and their history so that you can avoid making inaccurate assumptions and touching sensitive areas that could distract the parties from the crucial issues.
Innaculation can be considered in terms of three C’s competence, conviction, and confidence:
·         Bulid your competence
·         Go forward with conviction
·         Negotiate with cofidence
